On October 23, 2010, we bought one light fixture, and ordered two more. We we told that the lights would be delivered in 8-12 weeks. After 8 weeks we have regularly called the store, and have been given excuses. The lights will be shipped, the supplier made a mistake, the shipper had made a mistake, the lights will be here. We were also told by Janice that we would receive a refund if we requested. We did so. No cheque, so I called, and was told they needed our address, even though we had given it previously. On September 30, 2011, I called and received a message that they were closed for inventory. I called on October 3, same message. I went to the store on October 5, sign on door saying closed for inventory, and called on October 8, same message. We had gone to Daville because I knew a former owner, and because the company had a decent reputation with various Grande Prairie home builders.
