Its interesting that you mentioned your past experience with a groupon company because daily we give out estimates to potential customers that compare us to groupon deals. Companies operating on groupon or through telemarketing agencies are the worst investment for your home. Most of the time you end up paying more than a professional company would charge because of hidden fees and they will often leave your system in worst shape then if you didn't bring them in at all. A simply google review of those companies would certainly save many people a lot of head aches. I am glad to hear the you decided to hire our company and that we lived up to you expectations. In respects to our timing, we do our very best to make every appointment on time but the odd time, we may get delayed for unforeseen circumstances but we always let you know. We have been service condos and other hard to reach services with Portable equipment for over a decade and are very well equipped for these situations. When we perform a service we do our best to inspect any furnace accessories to make sure your system is in the best shape possible for the season. I is not uncommon for our techs to identify filters or other issues that needs to be addressed during a service. We then pass on the findings to you, the homeowner and you let us know how we can help.
