I've been ripped off by a Groupon Air Duct cleaning before, so I wanted to make sure I did my research and get a reputable company with great customer service and reviews. I was also weary of hidden costs (i.e. Furnace Cleaning, Sanitizing) that aren't always included in base rates.
I called and emailed Superior Air Duct Cleaning and got an instant reply from Nuno - who laid out all the costs and what is included. He also told me about all potential upgrades and benefits. Very clear, and their pricing was very competitive.
They just left my house - showed up right on time, the technicians (Helder and Nestor) were beyond nice and helpful, and passionate about their job. Customer service is above and beyond.
They spent time to clean out our system really nice, sanitize it, and review everything afterwards, which was very detailed and helpful to get feedback on the system that most affects the health and well being of your house occupants.
Can't recommend this company highly enough. I'm not one to always write reviews but I fully appreciate the company, the dedication, and pride of the employees.

Its interesting that you mentioned your past experience with a groupon company because daily we give out estimates to potential customers that compare us to groupon deals. Companies operating on groupon or through telemarketing agencies are the worst investment for your home. Most of the time you end up paying more than a professional company would charge because of hidden fees and they will often leave your system in worst shape then if you didn't bring them in at all.
