Others like yourself, do pay attention, and in doing so are able to appreciate how thorough we are in not only the operation of cleaning, but also in the care for your property. In respects to our timing, we do our very best to make every appointment on time but the odd time, we may get delayed for unforeseen circumstances but we always let you know. We have been service condos and other hard to reach services with Portable equipment for over a decade and are very well equipped for these situations. Hello, Thank you for your review on your service with our staff along with your repeat business. When we perform a service we do our best to inspect any furnace accessories to make sure your system is in the best shape possible for the season. I is not uncommon for our techs to identify filters or other issues that needs to be addressed during a service. We then pass on the findings to you, the homeowner and you let us know how we can help. We also do our best to ensure you understand how we check devices so that in the future, if its something you can do, you can do it yourself.

The more we educate our customers the less likely they are to be taken advantage of by poorly operated firms in the future.
