We've used Superior Air Duct Cleaning twice in the past and we called again two weeks ago to schedule an appointment. Our appointment window was between 2 PM - 5 PM yesterday and Luke and Mike came by shortly after 2. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous and explained the cleaning process step-by-step. Once again, we are very pleased with the service and results. It's hard not to recommend this company.

If not we normally will call ahead to give our customers notice so that they are not just waiting around wondering where we are.
