Once again, Ben has come through with amazing service and fantastic results. He cleaned our white shag carpet spotlessly when our cat decided to relieve herself right square in the middle. Ben picked up the carpet within minutes of a phone call and returned it one week later in pristine condition. Not only that, he gave us a bag of delicious pistachios and a significant discount as we were existing customers. I can't say enough about his professional approach, his courtesy and attention to customer service. Our cat is eyeing our other shag carpet and once she decides to try and ruin it, we'll be sure to call up Ben right away. Incredible service and price. Thanks Ben!
