Rado is just fantastic. His response time to my emails was almost instantaneous, and we quickly arranged for him to visit my home to repair a faulty lock. He quickly assessed the issue and expertly repaired my lock in under an hour. This is a man who truly knows his trade! He explained everything he was doing as he went along, and watching him work reminded me of an surgeon. If he ever tires of his field, he'd been excellent in the operating room! Once again, Ben has come through with amazing service and fantastic results. He cleaned our white shag carpet spotlessly when our cat decided to relieve herself right square in the middle. Ben picked up the carpet within minutes of a phone call and returned it one week later in pristine condition. Not only that, he gave us a bag of delicious pistachios and a significant discount as we were existing customers. I can't say enough about his professional approach, his courtesy and attention to customer service.
