Poor Quality and Not Up to Code

The craftsmanship in our home is so poor that we need approx 10k to redo the main level and one day the top level. Railings were not installed. Pot lights keep going out. Caulking is missing on most things, not one thing in my house is flush or smooth. Richcraft gives you the biggest run around and will say whatever they need to to deflect. Keep your receipts people! Never miss a deadline for reports and have a good lawyer! The price of our home is NOT in anyway what so ever worth what we got. So so so much more but there just isn't enough space to explain the never ending drama.
