Bought very expensive Adura Plank

Could not provide any references since they wanted to protect their privacy???? Said that they would move furniture, and would remove old lino flooring, but that was not written into the contract, so we would have to discuss with the installer when they arrived.
Again would not tell us the who the installer is and what references they have.
We are forced to buy the product and now 3 months later must find our own installer.
BEWARE!! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITTING!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM.....EVER!!!
