We had a great experience with CDL Flooring in Calgary.
Mark our salesperson was awesome, the flooring installers Jason and Gene worked very hard and were so meticulous and did a beautiful job. We were so happy with their expertise !
They worked long hours until it was done.They did all the cuts outside so no dust or mess would be in our basement . We have never seen anything like it ! They left our home squeaky clean and did a follow-up call a few days later to make sure we were happy. Our flooring installation manager Chad came to our home 3 times before and after for inspection to make sure it all went well and we were happy . We will for sure choose CDL for any future work and highly recommend them.

Lorenz and Kayla helped locate an extra box of hardwood flooring to add onto remainder from a previous install.

Our carpet shopping started great but ended bad. Our sales person was fantastic and the installers did an excellent job, its the customer service that went south. They over estimated so we have an extra 12 x 14 piece of carpet plus under padding sitting in our basement that couldnt be returned.
After only 5 months there are wear tracks that dont come out with vacuuming so I went to the store to question this problem, the first thing out of the receptionist was did you have them professionally cleaned to see if that helped I said we are 2 older people with no kids and its not dirt! I could tell no one wanted to speak to me as I could see the reactions from the people the receptionist spoke to, I felt like I shouldnt be there. I was told to take pictures and email them which I did, the inspector came and I heard nothing for 3 months. I emailed to see if they had heard anything and the next day had a reply with the results, obviously theyve had results but no one thought to tell me until I asked. After spending $13,000.00 we have carpet that looks like the stuff we took out only a different colour. This company was recommended to us but I will not be recommending.

The entire flooring in our home had been purchased and installed over the years through CDL. Our previous experience had been excellent. However the same cannot be said for our current dealings.
The product and the installer and installation were very good. However customer service left a lot to be desired.
It was determined that insufficient product had been provided. While there should have been 22 boxes only 20 were delivered and there were several planks short of completion. I was advised by someone at the warehouse (?) that the extra boxes were there but I would have to wait another 10 days before they could complete the order. Why was the question and the answer, because it would take that long to create a new vent. No further explanation as to why we would have to trip over the gap in the flooring for 10 more days.
There was a charge on the invoice for removal of the K3 subflooring however it did not need to be removed. I spoke to four different individuals before this was rectified.
When the flooring project was finally completed the carpet kickers came in. Unfortunately the glue on the transitions had not set and the installer had to return again
The salesperson appears to have disappeared as I had received several calls from other individuals. When she finally called it appeared she was only aware of the transition problem?????
Pat called and then came to the residence to say it was all his fault, but not really as a new employee had put the extra boxes in the wrong place. He advised that CDL would not compensate us for the aggravation and delays that affected us and other trades as well. He did say that if we came back to purchase carpet for the three bedrooms we would get a good deal. PLEASE tell me why I should return after this fiasco!

Phenomenal service and products. Greatly appreciated all the help in choosing flooring and backsplash for our kitchen renovation. Coretec vinyl flooring is so easy to keep clean and comfortable to walk on with my arthritic knees. From our initial visit to our installation, everything went smoothly and looks incredible! Brody from CDL made our experience top notch, we highly recommend and would definitely use CDL flooring again!

Just purchased new engineered hardwood for my main floor as part of a kitchen renovation that I'm doing. I worked with Stephen at CDL North and everything was a breeze. Installers did a great job and I'm so happy with the end result. I will definitely use CDL again.

I was dealing with an insurance claim for water damage and we decided to redo most of our upstairs flooring at the same time. CDL at Beacon Hill in Calgary was the contractor used through the insurance and so we looked into options to extend the job. I dealt with Stephen and was super impressed with his professionalism and good advice when picking our floors. It was a big decision and he suggested a product and look that we would have never considered. After going home with the samples I realized he had tied together out existing stone, wood and furniture that we had already with the flooring he suggested. 'Chris and Chris' installed the flooring and it looks great. They did a really good job and made major renovations easy. Super happy with the service I received, the professionals I interacted with and the end product. We had a great experience with the team at CDL in the North. Thank you!

We purchased 5500 sq ft of Dansk Hardwood from CDL. We started to have issues when the hardwood was installed with delaminating and the dried appearance of the engineered hardwood. Neither CDL or Dansk Rep would stand behind the product they manufacture and sell. I expected more for a $50,000 order. I would never buy engineering hardwood from this company as they definitely do not stand behind their product.

Tracy Keith from CDL Carpet & Floor Centre helped me choose a tile for the backsplash for my Legacy Kitchen. I told her I wanted a modern look and showed her samples and colours of my kitchen. She gave me advice on color, how to install it (modern style - stacked) and arranged for delivery and install. She is professional, knowledgable, easy to get hold of and very patient in her explanations and answering any of my questions. She arranged for Ion, a tilesetter, to install the backsplash just after Christmas in 2018. His work was excellent. I am more than happy with the service provided by this company and would highly recommend them.
