I ordered a motorized retractable awning for my south facing back yard patio to keep the sun from shining in the sliding glass doors during the hot summer weather and provide some relief from the sun on the patio. The awning was custom made to my specifications in the expected timeframe. Installation was exactly as scheduled and the awning very securely attached to the wall. From beginning to end the experience went smoothly and I would highly recommend Rolltec both for the quality of their product and their customer service.
