From the initial contact , thru finding the best fit for our application and budget, to the install and removal of the old unit, Helen and her team were professional, patient and resourceful. The install teams' eyebrows went up abit when they found out the install was on a 3rd floor patio with no elevator or stairwell to accomodate the length of the awning.And then they found a way and did their thing.
We are pleased with our new awning, and the possibility of installing screens in the future was like icing on the cake..
