Great decision to purchase our awning from Rolltec. Did our homework, obtained three quotes with which Rolltec was the best price and best quality. They explained the process better than anyone else and the staff from Steve, Allison, Helen their GM to the installers were polite and very professional.
The installers were punctual and did great work but when originally installed the sun wasn't out so when used for first time, we felt we could get more coverage if lowered. We asked if it could be adjusted and without any hesitation or issues, Rolltec was back out to move it down for us about 6 inches to our satisfaction. The awning is perfect as was the service from Rolltec.
