About 2 years after buying all new cassette style shades for several windows in our house, we unexpectedly had to replace 5 windows. We thought we were going to have to pay another huge price for replacement shades to fit the new width. We were referred to Rowan, and he was able to re-size the width of our existing shades at a fraction of the cost of full replacements. We gave him the measurements of the new window openings and he got them all bang on, at a very reasonable price. It was a big relief not to have to waste the new shades.

My Silhouette blinds were thirteen years old. Rowan took them to his establishment cleaned them and re- installed them five hours later. They look like they did when they were new. Delightful gentleman who takes great pride in is work.

Our condo has a 10 foot high, floor-to-ceiling windows the entire length of our unit, and the condo builder used cheap parts for the roller blinds that are installed in those windows. That, coupled with the fact that the previous tenants seemed to abuse the blinds left a few of them in need of repair and cleaning.

Rowan from Ultrasonic showed up with very little notice and within a half hour, fixed all of the suspect blinds and was very friendly and professional in doing so. To top it off, his prices were reasonable, and definitely worth having a professional deal with these nuisance blinds once and for all.

Our house has about 75 windows... with as much blinds! Needless to say that we wanted the best cleaning service we could get.
