They didn't install my dishwasher correctly and this resulted in a leak which destroyed the control panel. The customer service clerks hung up on me four times and they must be underpaid and hostile because of it. I'm now battling with the customer service manager and it looks like I'll be taking them to small claims court to get my money back
It's 2 days later and I have a positive update. Goemans have agreed to replace my dishwasher. I am very thankful that they agreed to do so and I don't have any complaints at this time regarding their customer service.
