From the phone call to schedule my service to the moment Val left, the service from Home Appliance Repair was 10 Stars! Val was very professional; arrived on time, was speedy in his service, and offered me some helpful tips on working with my stove. A real pleasure to work with. The initial service dispatcher was helpful and told me that her repair person would call on Monday...and he CALLED on Monday! Go figure! Such a relief as the last Dacor service company I worked with I swore, I would NEVER buy another Dacor appliance. I've changed my mind! Thank you!
