Richard and his team moved our 2 bedroom + den in Vancouver to our townhouse in Coquitlam! It was flawless! I have used City Move and thought they were good but now I would recommend Raincity Moving! I love the clean red plastic packing boxes too they can provide! No point in putting your nice stuff in dirty cardboard boxes which you then have to get rid of. I had Richard throw in an extra mover to make things go more quickly - I highly recommend it. It will probably cost you less by the end of the day.

The movers were polite, friendly and professional as they went about their business and were careful in their handling of my belongings. I couldn't have asked for betters movers nor a smoother move!

I called for several quotes before our move and ultimately decided on Raincity after speaking with Richard. He was professional and organized, and although his rates weren't the lowest quote I got, they were very competitive and Richard filled me with confidence. We also rented eco-friendly moving boxes from them for one-stop shopping. The crew was right on time on moving day, very respectful of our belongings, and a pleasure to spend the day with (a tall order on moving day). Highly recommended!

I used Raincity to move my 1 bedroom suite in kits into a 2 bedroom condo in false creek, and I couldn't be happier. 10am was the start time and they were parked outside and ready to go at 9:55. The two guys were friendly, cheerful and very diligent, wrapping everything that needed it, putting carpets down to not dirty the floor, etc. Same story with the unload too - very smooth and hassle free. 3 weeks later, fully unpacked and I can say with confidence that they've not bumped or damaged a single thing. All in all, the move took pretty much exactly 4 hours.

I've since used them to deliver a small jungle's worth of medium and large sized house plants from burnaby to the condo too, and once again they were there early, very cheerful, and super nice & good value (charging a nominal flat fee this time, which Richard tried to waive entirely due to the ease of it!). I will absolutely be using them in the future, and have already begun recommending them to my friends- they are an all round class act.

Raincity Movers is one of the best movers I've used. Richard and his partner arrivedprior to the scheduled time and they were professional. They handled our furniture and belonging with care. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

This is my second time in 1 year moving with Raincity Moving and Storage and I was absolutely blown away by the service and speed of their company. Moving is not an easy thing, in fact it is most often a stress to those that are involved; Raincity allowed me to relax and focus on the things that mattered most, not to mention the 2 gentleman that moved me were awesome, kind, funny and respectful! In fact this was the second time I got to work with the 2 men that moved me and this was even better than the first. I was referred to Raincity via this webpage (after reading all of the incredibly positive reviews). Please add mine to the pile. I thought that the price was very good and I was extremely pleased with the entire operation. The two fellows worked very quickly, but they also worked very carefully, and we moved all of my furniture from my condo to my "new" house. No damage whatsoever, they took all of the used shrink-wrap with them, and they even helped me put my diningroom table back together. I would happily recommend Raincity to anyone who requires any moving services. Thanks, Richard and your crew.

Great service! I would highly recommend Raincity, they worked relentlessly throughout the day to complete the job and still had a smile on their face at the end of the day. Great guys, great service and to my surprise turned out to be an old pal from many moons ago. I would definitely use Raincity again but I'm hoping I won't be moving too soon again!
