Richard and his team are simply the best! They are above a 10/10 rating in my books. Extremely punctual, they actually arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled. They had all the right equipment to protect my furniture and carpets during the move. Richard's crew were very polite and clean, and a pleasure to work with. Moving is always stressful, but within a few minutes of dealing with Richard and his crew, I had a sense that I could trust them to do what I'd hired them to do, without having to do much, if any, supervision. They were very careful with all my stuff, and nothing got scratched (furniture or walls) or broken. Hiring Richard and his crew was the best decision I could have made. I'd originally planned to use a crew of 2, but upon recommendation, I opted for a crew of 3, which made the move much more efficient - it's worth the extra money. Richard, belated thank you to you and your crew, I recommend your company to anyone who is moving.

After searching online for movers and reading so many horror stories, I was nervous about finding a mover. Rain City Moving was highly recommended by a friend, and I am extremely happy with the job they did.

Richard and Dustin moved us from a 2 bedroom condo into a new home that was newly renovated. They showed up with all the equipment - moving blankets, runners and mats to protect the floors, shrink wrap, dollies, and event large plastic bins for loose items.

We also had a massive BBQ that wouldn't fit through the patio door. Rain City disassembled it, made it through the door and re-assembled it back together.

Highly recommend these guys, and I will definitely be calling them the next time we move!

I love the giant bins they have in the truck for collecting loose and awkward items, it made everything so much faster. I decided to leave these guys a well deserved review. I used them to help with our 2 bedroom move. I called Richard on his cellphone to get an estimate a few days before the moving day. He was very helpful and the estimate was fair. Richard and dustin were right on time on the day he promised. They were really efficient and careful with all our furniture. Both were very polite and nice guys. I would definitely recommend these guys and will use them again for my future moves.

From the first time I spoke to Richard on the phone I knew Raincity Moving was the moving company for me! Very polite and professionally, he happily explained his services and pretty much guaranteed he could help with anything. Richard and Dustin were very helpful and knowledgable movers, and they were fun to spend the morning with too. They took all the stress out of the job for me. There are no hidden costs in their quote and they were right on time - time is money! When they were moving my belongings they treated everything with kid gloves, were very aware of breakables, and organized the loading of the truck in a practical, thoughtful way. I couldn't have done it, that's for sure. They brought all their own equipment, including blankets and shrink wrap, and left no mess behind either. I appreciated how easy they made the move for me! After having used Richard and Raincity several years ago I have recently engaged them, for three jobs in the past several months. They have moved my home, my office, as well as my parents home. Each experience has been wonderful. Aside from being very friendly and personable, Richard operates his company with integrity. He and his team have been looked upon very fondly by my wife, co-workers, and family... and that's not necessarily the easiest group of people to get on the same page :-). Only one game in town as far as I'm concerned. Hard workers who move quickly and who you're pleased to have in your home.

They called 5 minutes prior to arriving to let us know they were on their way. They started moving immediately, very efficient. They also put together our furnitures once we moved into our new place.
