After shopping around quite a bit, I was impressed with Waheed from Pesticon prompt response to my email enquiry - I received a call back the same day. After explaining my problem, he gave me options to choose from and also an excellent quote. Waheed came out on time, did a through job and explained exactly what he was using and doing. I must say to date I have not had any issues - it's been 3 months or so now. Waheed continully follows up, his service is excellent and he stands by his work. I cannot deal with bugs.. And last spring we had a terrible infestation of huge carpenter ants in our new home. It was especially disgusting and wigged me out completely to find them in our kitchen, cupboards, counters, even the fridge and in a pile of my baby's clothes!

I contacted Pesticon and talked to Waheed after we realized we had mice in the drop ceiling of the basement shortly after we moved into our home. He came over within 24 hours and was professional and courteous. About 4 weeks later when we still heard some "movement" I called him back and once again he came over and after describing where I was hearing noise he determined another area where he had to place his poison bait. He said within 3-4 days it would be over..and he was RIGHT! Certainly looks like our mice problem has been solved. Great service and great guy !!

For a couple of years I had ants walking around the house, I thought they were coming from the backyard. I tried different ways of killing them but they kept on coming back. One day I was working on the basement and found a nest right on the ceiling. I called Pesticon and they came in no more than two hours later. It took two treatments, the first one killed most of the ants, even in the backyard. A couple of weeks later the ants showed up in second floor , probably born from some left over eggs. Pesticon came back and killed the remaining ones. Since them, the ants are gone! Thanks Pesticon!
