In a stressful time, Waheed was just the kind, warm voice of reassurance that we needed. We called twice: once when the first bites happened, and again (several weeks later) when they happened again -- at 5:30am. We expected to leave a voice message, but Waheed answered in person, and called us back 30 minutes later to book an appointment. The service was professional (there was almost no evidence of the spray), as was Waheed, though he also had a neighbourly warmth about him that we greatly appreciated. He offered a lot of helpful advice for preventing any future possible problems, and although we certainly hope not to have this problem again, we wouldn't think twice about calling Pesticon again. Highly recommended.

The owner of this company is fast, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I have used him twice now (three if you count my termite inspection), he has been on time and I have been very pleased with his service.

I noticed some rats in the backyard and immediately called pesticon (around 8pm on a Friday night). Waheed came out right next day, inspected the front and back yard and set up some 'stations'. He was very careful to ask where our baby usually plays to make sure she doesn't get close to them and whether we have animals or even wild life around that could access the traps. He then came out again a month later to check on 'stations' and refilled them.
Waheed is absolutely professional, very reliable and would definitely recommend his services to anyone who doesn't want pests around. While there, he noticed pavement ants in my driveway and sprayed that as well (no extra charge).

I have ants problem around the garage area on Canada Day. I have no choice but call Mr. Ahmed for help, esp he has done a good job in April for my kitchen area. When I realized I had a carpenter ant issue, I went to Home Stars for suggestions on Pest Control providers. I phoned Waheed due to the great reviews on Home Stars. Waheed showed up at the exact time he said he would. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained the situation and the solution. I have had no issues since the treatment two weeks ago. I would highly recommend Waheed and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Mr. Ahmed is the best! I had and infestation of carpenter ants and he got rid of them in one shot at a great price. I recently moved but unfortunately I pests love me. I found out I had mice at my new home. No problem I just called Mr.Ahmed and he came out the next day and solved that too. Waheed was professional ,personable, knowledgeable, and efficient during the service. He insepected the outside of the house, pointed out the likely entry points of the mice. Waheed then examined the attic and then did treatment to both the outside entry points and set bait in the attic as well. Although he is personable, he got right to work and he didn't waste anytime. Job done in less than and hour and came on time too- so I didn't waste all day waiting for service, now able to enjoy the rest of the weekend without worrying about critters partying in the attic for too much longer!
