I noticed some rats in the backyard and immediately called pesticon (around 8pm on a Friday night). Waheed came out right next day, inspected the front and back yard and set up some 'stations'. He was very careful to ask where our baby usually plays to make sure she doesn't get close to them and whether we have animals or even wild life around that could access the traps. He then came out again a month later to check on 'stations' and refilled them. Waheed is absolutely professional, very reliable and would definitely recommend his services to anyone who doesn't want pests around.
