Pesticon Pest Control

I found wood shavings in our unfinished basement and called Pesticon through Homestars. I spoke with Mr. Ahmed on a Monday and he arrived as scheduled on the next day. I found Mr. Ahmed very knowledgeable and willing to explain his various steps in dealing with the ants. He also identified and fixed a potential entry way for mice and sprayed a wasp nest in an external opening free of charge. He seems very honest and committed to his field. I would and have already recommended him to a friend.

I am so pleased with this company. Waheed came on such short notice and did a amaizing job. He was very informative and detailed. I recommend this company to anyone having pest problems. Satisfaction guarenteed.

I unfortunately noticed I had bed bugs and understandably was very stressed about this. After reading several reviews on Mr. Ahmed and Pesticon decided to go with them. I had been quoted much higher and there were no guarantees. He answered all my calls and questions and prepared me for the process and steps after. I can not thank him enough- true professional!!

While on vacation, we found out that mice had moved into our home. Waheed was there before we returned, installing traps and setting up preventative measures. I think what is distinctive about Waheed is his commitment to customer service - he impressed us with his speed and quality of response.

My husband and I just purchased a home and I went out in the backyard one day and I almost had a panic attack. All along the foundation of the house there were thousands of bugs and because of those bugs there were also spiders making their webs!!
I went on homestars and Waheed seemed to be the man!!! And he was!! He was very fast and effecient and polite and i am now bug free!!!

Ahmed came to my townhome because I had a bad mice infection. I thought the mice would never go away after I had several pest control companies come, each time the mice would return. Ahmed got rid of the mice in one visit. Now I recommend him to my neighbours. I am very satisfied with th results, hiring Ahmed was the best decision I made.

My first experience with Waheed at Pesticon was when I called about a suspected pest problem. Waheed drove to meet me in the middle of a huge snow storm and assured me there was no problem... and there wasn't. I tried to pay him for his time an he refused.

Then a couple of months ago I had a carpenter ant nest in an addition on my house. Waheed sprayed and the acute problem went away. After some time some stragglers showed up again. Waheed is as persistent as the ants. He continues to be available and attentive, at no extra cost, as he rids the ants for good.

I contacted Waheed via Pesticon.ca regarding a problem we were having with carpenter ants in our recently acquired home.

He contacted me very promptly and made arrangements to visit our house within 48 hours. He was on time and spent a bit more time on site than I expected, but this was only because he was very thorough. He's very professional and personable.

The treatment included application of pesticide to the exterior and interior of the house. Waheed pointed out a couple of problem area outside our home and gave us some advice to control future insect outbreaks; controlling humidity inside the house and addressing some water damaged trim on the exterior.

Considering the business Pesticon is in, I hope we require require their services in the future, but if we do need help with pest control, they'll be the only company we'll call.

Waheed arrived yesterday at my place on time as scheduled. He did a search around the house to see where the mice might have been coming in through. He left pellets as he saw fit based on my home and the nocks and crannies found. He left me with a number of feeding stations to place behind the stove, dishwasher and fridge once my kitchen is done. I think he did a great job. I expect that my rodent problem will disapear. Thanks Waheed.
