I found wood shavings in our unfinished basement and called Pesticon through Homestars. I spoke with Mr. Ahmed on a Monday and he arrived as scheduled on the next day. I found Mr. Ahmed very knowledgeable and willing to explain his various steps in dealing with the ants. He also identified and fixed a potential entry way for mice and sprayed a wasp nest in an external opening free of charge. He seems very honest and committed to his field. I would and have already recommended him to a friend.
