I very rarely write reviews, however I could not not write a review for this company. Over the phone they told me it would cost $170 for the extermination if I paid cash, however, when the guy finished he told me I owed him $250. He got customer service on the phone, in which they had me listen to the recording of our original conversation. The moment before the sales guy told me $170, the recording ended. They played it again, same thing happened. Third time you can hear him say $170.

Although the price was confirmed via the recording, they would not honour the price promised and insisted that I pay $250. I was told that the sales guy 'made a mistake and probably didn't have his morning coffee yet". On top of all of this, I repeatedly had to tell the lady to stop raising her voice at me - she was very disrespectful!

Very disappointing customer service. Would not recommend.

Pesticon fixed a mouse problem by placing a few poison containers and weeks later returned to make sure our problem was ended. We were very satisfied and would call them again for any pest problem.

We have a house with 3 units and 2 of the tenants reported seeing ants. I called and texted a few companies and Pesticon was quick to respond via text, answered all my questions and was very respectful of the property and tenants. They also followed up to ensure my satisfaction and they offered a 6 month guarantee.

The individual that I spoke to in the phone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The tech who came out was very professional. He was prompt, explained the issue, completed the job and was gone.

I called on a Sunday evening and instead of getting a machine, I got a human being. Service was booked for the next day. Pesticon came on time, they were professional and polite, they did a very thorough job and considered health issues in the house. Top notch.

Called on a Sunday and quickly came on Monday during terrible weather conditions to help us set up a trap for pregnant racoon in our attic. Were friendly and quick and also gave us some good tips for preventing future issues.

Khan showed up on time , respectful, knowledgeable, explained ahead of time the process, cost, did the job , explained the time we could go back into the area that was sprayed.
