I very rarely write reviews, however I could not not write a review for this company. Over the phone they told me it would cost $170 for the extermination if I paid cash, however, when the guy finished he told me I owed him $250. He got customer service on the phone, in which they had me listen to the recording of our original conversation. The moment before the sales guy told me $170, the recording ended. They played it again, same thing happened. Third time you can hear him say $170.
Although the price was confirmed via the recording, they would not honour the price promised and insisted that I pay $250. I was told that the sales guy 'made a mistake and probably didn't have his morning coffee yet". On top of all of this, I repeatedly had to tell the lady to stop raising her voice at me - she was very disrespectful!
Very disappointing customer service. Would not recommend.

Thanks for your feedback we respect our customers all the time But we must be honest and clear we sent you call recording when the call was booked we never did mice job for $170 even though we give you discount of $75 our cost for two kitchens $350 when tech was at site instead of one kitchen there were two kitchens we still honour $275 We at Pesticon never been to disrespectful to any one we are in customer service business how can we afford to be disrespectful I personally wish I can attach call recording here for conversations we had. We still at Pesticon ready to fix your concerns Tried to call you no answer. Please feel free to contact us. It was totally misunderstanding not from our End though.
