I am a property manager who has seen all the pests, over 25 years. What I have learned is that you must find the best company for your Specific needs. Every property is different, every building is different, every pest creates a different problem to solve.
I've used Pesticon for service with insects, particularly ants. I am happy with their results.
The Rexdale location (Waheed) returns phonecalls immediately & the treatments usually occur 24-72 hours later. Follow-up treatment is super-fast as well & performed, without question. Khayyam the service technician is very well educated. He knows the difference between types of insects, and their habits, which MATTERS, because other companies easily make matters worse with the wrong treatment. Pharoah Ants are very difficult and very few companies know what to do. Pesticon knows what to do. It takes a while, but they do listen to the homeowner and are very very careful not to worsen the situation.
Khayyam (serviceman) is efficient, discreet, prompt. No socializing, dramatizing, etc. The treatments are thoughtful, effective and well-priced. As a customer I feel fairly treated by both owner and technician and results are good.
