I would recommend getting an estimate for labour & supplies. Renaissance painted my one bedroom apt in 2011. The final cost was higher than expected, but they did a nice paint job.

I would recommend getting an estimate for labour AND supplies in writing and be prepared to pay more than the estimate. Renaissance painted my one bedroom apt in 2011. The final cost was about 12% higher than the estimate. They did a very nice paint job, particularly on the insides of my closets. Honestly, it still looks great in 2014! The only odd thing was when I dropped by in the middle of the day, I found a bunch of guys having pizza in my apt and smoking on my balcony. Only two of them were actually painting my apt, so I have no idea who the others were.
