Melissa came with the workers, introductions, expectations, etc. Works for BOTH condo owner and worker to be specific what can be done/can't be done in time. EVERYTHING agreed to was done very well. They are bonded workers and like fact company takes care of their workers. Products -- first time I liked ECO-Cleaning products which cleaned as well as toxic-products. Melissa purchased products and ready to go. Liked option list of what needed and Melissa can purchase for you (reasonable price). Like paying options and going through Melissa who overseas work. Highly recommend.
