Renovated my Kitchen, purchased all new appliances from Appliance Canada. After delivery my fridge was having issues, after a few weeks of inspections it was determined it was defective and needed to be replaced. Replacement came and during the replacement to my Paneled Fridge the arranged technician spent 6 hrs removing and reinstalling the panels over and over again on the new fridge. During the process the panels were damaged and not installed in the proper alignment, Installer denies that he damaged them and said this was the best he could do. No initial review was done by the installers part to indicate there was previous damages. I had my final mill work inspection done 4 days prior which indicated no damages. 8.5 months have gone by and Appliance Canada has not attempted to pay for any of these damages with multiply attempts to resolve to this situation, quotes issued for replacement material but no one has ever call me or responded to me by email. The few conversations I have had where based on me taking my time to contact them to try and get this resolved.
