I recently put an order in for a product from Appliance Canada which I had to cancel because I found a similar product in a scratch and dent sale at considerable savings. My experience throughout the sale with Bob Roberts had been very positive one so I felt very bad calling in the cancellation. I couldn't have been more surprised and pleased with how Larry Galea handled the situation. After confirming the reason for the cancellation and understandably putting his best offer and cautions on the table, he conferred with his sales manager, quickly called me back, and processed a full refund over the phone.
