I signed up with Royal Home Improvements thinking that they would complete the job quickly and satisfactorily. The project started in mid-November aend was not completed until almost the end of January. The original subcontractor was completely unreliable and when he did show up worked less than 1/2 days, most days. Eventually, another contractor was put on the job and he completed the job quickly and effeciently. He had some excellent ideas. The only problem I have with the work is that the shower floor was not sloped properly and as a result water does not drain completely from two areas of the shower. This will be a constant reminder of poor workmanship. Consequently, I would not recommend Royal Home Improvements

The original contractor was taken off the job because his mother was critically ill. We replaced him immediately and the renovation was completed quickly with no issues. We strive to maintain the highest quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. That is why we encourage an open dialogue with all of our clients. At the end of every job a project manager inspects all work completed by Royal Home Improvements contractors. However, if issues arise after a product has been used for some time, we encourage our customers to contact us directly.
