Looked at other builders but liked the direct contact with Vince Sr Vince Jr. Adjusted the design to meet our needs at a reasonable cost (window placement, size of LR). Original finish date was Oct 21/16 but was ready Sept/28.... unheard of. The quality of the finishes and workmanship has been excellent. Suppliers he uses are customer focused with high quality products. Vince Jr addressed 2 minor issues in the past 6 months. My sister was so impressed she purchased a new home in Oct/16 moved in Mar/17

Our new home is presently 95% complete. We are very pleased with the progress and excellent attention to detail and quality that both of the Vince Policella, Junior and senior, have demonstrated throughout the various stages of this project to date.
The construction of our new home has been on scope, on budget, and ahead of our scheduled move in date without compromising safety, environment, quality cost or schedule.
I highly recommend this company.

So thankful to have finally worked with a builder like Vince Policella Jr and his team! Having dealt with two other builders in the Niagara Region, I was always left frustrated and disappointed with our conversations and quality of work. Policella Homes, specifically Vince Jr., was the easiest and most accommodating builders I have ever had the pleasure to work with! My husband and I are overwhelmed by how beautiful our home turned
out to be...Vince gave professional advice as to what would work and what wouldn't, and, he had a wonderful group of tradesmen and suppliers that were trustworthy and demonstrated high quality craftsmanship. Even better was when we
had to call Vince to have a few minor issues
corrected and he was able to have it all fixed
within days of the phone call. He took a great
deal of pride in his work and was always wanting
to be sure that we were 100% satisfied. Check

Unfortunately Vince Jr. Doesn't take responsibility for issues that arise after possession of the home ie wiring, fireplace not working, dryer connection not completed properly , trim doesn't meet the floor, central Air not working, central vac not working, downstairs shower not working, sub pump not working . He makes it feel like he is doing you a favour for fixing the problems that his contractors have caused. Very disappointing
