So thankful to have finally worked with a builder like Vince Policella Jr and his team! Having dealt with two other builders in the Niagara Region, I was always left frustrated and disappointed with our conversations and quality of work. Policella Homes, specifically Vince Jr., was the easiest and most accommodating builders I have ever had the pleasure to work with! My husband and I are overwhelmed by how beautiful our home turned out to be...Vince gave professional advice as to what would work and what wouldn't, and, he had a wonderful group of tradesmen and suppliers that were trustworthy and demonstrated high quality craftsmanship. Even better was when we had to call Vince to have a few minor issues corrected and he was able to have it all fixed within days of the phone call. He took a great deal of pride in his work and was always wanting to be sure that we were 100% satisfied.
