We considered installing hardwood through out the upstairs of my home which had a combination of carpet and parkay. We knew this would be a big job ad it would create quite a mess in our home. We shopped around and it was clear that Frank and Angelo took the time to listen to what we envisioned our space to look like and the budget we had set for the project. We chose to go with an engineered Mirage floor. Within days they had someone come out to take exact measurements and our product was ordered and on its way. We set aside 2 days for the job to be done. Their crew of installers showed up nice and early and were very professional and determined to please us. They were extremely maticulous and worked like a well oiled machine. As day 1 came to an end, there was half a room left to complete. Most workers would have come back the next day but they asked our permission to stay and complete the job! WOW!! They completed the floors in 1 DAY! and cleaned up after themselves. We went through each room together and if there was any defective piece of wood (there was only 1) they, without hesitation, replaced it. We will be doing the main floor in the future and its Frank and Angelo that we will be calling. Thanks Frontier!

We had Frontier do a laminate floor in our home. We are thoroughly happy with their work. From the time spent in the store to the actual installation, it was a breeze. Great work Frontier. This is a very good company. I would recomend them to anyone.

Fontier Flooring accomplished my 6 rooms plus 2 hallways floor renovation, from carpet removal to hardwood installation in just 3 days, HASSLE FREE!!!! The finish product looks great. See attached photos.
From negotiating with Frank, room measurement and estimate with Peter and removal and installation with Vitaly and Stepa, all aspect of the renovation was proffesionally handled.
I was very impressed with the installers Vitaly and Stepa, who worked non-stop for 3 days and at each days end they thoroughly cleaned up the work areas.
Vitaly was very knowledgeable and made numerous recommendations, which were implemented in the installation process.
I have no hesitation in recommending Frontier Flooring to my family, friends and collegues.

We went to numerous hardwood places and found frontier to be the best in terms of quality, price and service. From start to finish we had a great experience dealing with Frank/Angelo in our initial choice of wood and pricing. The installers Jeff and Frank also did a great job of installing the wood in quite a large area in less than a day. They cleaned up after they were done and hauled away all the excess wood, cardboard and sawdust left over. Angelo also offered up a bottle of hardwood cleaner on the house on final payment. I would highly recommend them for any wood flooring job.

From the moment we walked into the store until we paid the last installment we felt no pressure, just customer care.
First, we received warm reception and professional advice from Frank who had patience to listen and recommend material best suited to our needs (many times in other shops we got suggestion to use discounted material, "because it's already in the store!").
Then we had a visit from Peter, and who prepared a thorough estimate, and coordinated whole installation process.
The crew - Vitaly and Stepa was always on time, fast, effective, clean and always smiling. The floor was beautiful.
Angelo and Leticia handled the money part and were very accomodative with payment schedule.
Finally, when we discovered a minor issue after final cleanup, Peter and the crew were on site within a day to fix it, demonstrating full understanding, rather than 'Nothing is perfect' attitude. They were happy to help.

We needed to match our upstair floor to the staircase in our home. Frontier has a huge selection of colours and wood and we were able to find exactly the right match. We needed this done quickly so the fact that Frank was able to arrange measurement, give us a quote and arrange installation all in the space of 3 days was great. The guys who installed the floor were professional installers - there were some tricky areas that needed some precision cutting. They did a fantastic job - working non-stop all day. They also asked to have the quarter round installed and our floor was completed in one day. The floor looks fantastic. The whole process was hassle free. We had some laminate flooring done in our home by Frontier and they did a great job. Right from the time we went to their store to the completion of the work they were on time and very profesional. Thanks to the people at Frontier Flooring.

I had a laminate floor completed for the first time this past week. I was worried about what the look and finish would be since I had hardwood floor prior. While my floor was being completed by the installer Frank (who was exceptional), I was very surprised on the look and feel of the laminate flooring. I have already contacted Frontier to express interest in placing the same flooring in my family room.

Frank was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different flooring options that I could go with and offered his recommendations for the flooring and under-layment that we should go with for our sun room. Prior to doing the installation, Frank wanted to see our sun room to make sure the product we were buying was right. He sent Peter, his designer/installer (a.k.a. Frank's right hand man), to our home the next day to see the room, take measurements, and check for any other requirements. Peter was professions, pleasant and knowledgeable. The installers did a great job and we're very happy with the finished look.
