Woodchuck Flooring

We had our 65 year old red oak floors sanded, stained and polyurethaned by Woodchuck Flooring. In spite of the water stains, unevenness and damage, Woodchuck Flooring has made our floors look fabulous.
The team arrived promptly, were professional, courteous and pleasant to have in our home.
After the sanding, they applied our three choices for stain on our floors. It made it so easy to see which was the perfect colour choice.

My wife and I decided to have all the carpet ripped out of our house, and hardwood flooring installed through out. After a lot of searching and quotes, we decided on Woodchuck Flooring. The work they did was speedy and spectacular!!! Everything was perfect. Walter and his crew were amazing. These people are not only installers, but true artists !!! My wife and I will never be able to thank Woodchuck Flooring enough. We will always think,and remember them on Ground Hog Day !!!!!

We hired Woodchuck to install new hardwood floors. Their advice was to install a floating floor over the existing (badly worn) hardwood. This saved a lot of money, and the result was spectacular. Phil and Clinton made the installation easy. They left the area clean. I would certainly use them again.

We purchased the Mirage wood for our entire house from Woodchuck Flooring. The Sales Rep was professional and knowledgeable about the different brands of wood they carry. He made recommendations for hardwood options based on our lifestyle (including things that we didn't think of!). The rep always responded in a timely fashion to our questions. FWoodchuck was recommended to us and Chris provided great advice. He worked with us to determine our preferences and lifestyle. Other places said what do you want - such a superior experience and outcome with Chris. The price was in line with I have gorgeous wood flooring on my main and upper level. In the basement we went with a laminate that matches well. Our builder installed the flooring and it was all of great quality. We have had it for just over 3 months and we so pleased.

When our Mom needed flooring we installed the same flooring we have and Chris arranged their installers to manage it. They did a great job, were very professional and cleaned up. Mom is very happy.

They were timely, clean and professional and the subcontrators had sufficient oversight from and communication with the Woodchuck representative. When the work was completed, the Woodchuck rep came and inspected it in detail before signing off on the job. We would recommend Woodchuck's work. A century old home now has level wood floors that do not squeak and are beautiful to see.

Very professional- customer service oriented- organized and very conscientious about their work- on time for every appointment and work completed on time as promised- surpassed our expectations- they were wonderful about rescheduling our appointment when we had a last minute request- would definitely recommend them!

This is the second time my husband and I have worked with Woodchuck Flooring, and again they did an amazing job. The first time we hired them, they refinished some old floors for us. This time we hired them to install brand-new hardwood on the top two floors of our house.

We are extremely happy with the job they did. The floors look amazing. The entire team at Woodchuck is really professional: Mike Mauro the estimator visited the site, gave us a quote, was available at the show room (on a weekend, no less) to help us with our choices. He also communicated regularly with me whenever I had questions. Prior to installation day, Clinton visited the site to make sure everything was set up for installation date. He's a great guy, and was happy to answer any questions I had. The installer Walter and his team did a beautiful job on the installation, and worked really fast. Walter was my point person, and checked in with me if there were any situations where he needed to present me with options about the installation. Holli at the office was also really efficient and friendly, and made the invoice and payment aspect of the job efficient and pleasant.

Overall, I highly recommend Woodchuck Flooring, and look forward to hiring them for our next renovation!
