Whirlpool goes above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction
I paid to get a $4,500 Kitchen Aid Fridge and had technical issues and complained to head office to get it fixed - KRMF606ESS plus Whirlpool Dishwasher also had problems with smell and one plastic piece came off the top rack leaving it hanging and not allowing the sprayer attached to the rack to work Model WDTA50SAHZ0 Whirlpool Dishwasher. The head office staff are very receptive to help with out of part warranty and not rip you off. While I had a Samsung Fridge and had to deal with SAMSUNG Fridge issues like the mother board and they told me to go away and buy a new one. So I did buy a new one, it being a Kitchen Aid. However, Whirlpool goes out of their way to ensure customer service and satisfaction. Very Impressed. If you have to choose, look at products by Whirlpool Kitchen Aid family. If something happends, they help. I am still finishing off getting these 2 items fixed so hopefully they wont reneg on the agreement but very reasonable and I will always buy from them based on this interaction.
