We had our roof replaced in June 2015.

On sales representative's recommendation, we selected the Premium package offering a 15 year warranty on labour and 40 year warranty on Iko Cambridge shingles.

This year the shingles have flown and lifted. We contacted Professional Roofers. The Manager keeps harping that the damage due to high storm winds and is not covered by warranty and if I have the repair work carried out by them, I will end up with a great roof as the shingles will be replace and the roof tuned up an a new repair price of $980.00

I do not agree, should be charged any amount at all as if the job was done well in the first place, this should not have happened on a 3 year old roof.

My neighbour shares the roof with me and there has not been any damage.

I have asked a written confirmation from the owners on the company that if similar damage was faced by them on their personal property would this be acceptable. It has been nearly a month I have not got any response to this fact.

BEWARE AND DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LABOUR WARRANTY OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR WORKMANSHIP AS THEY WILL HIDE BY THE FACT DAMAGE DUE TO ELEMENTS OF NATURE AND NOT THEIR FAULTY WORKMANSHIP.

The manager is the one making all decisions and the sales person states only deals with sales any issue should be dealt with by the office.

In a word, disappointing.
This company was unprofessional, ill-equipped to handle the task asked of it and were extremely poor at rectifying a bad installation.
A huge disappointment.
Avoid them at all cost.

We had purchased a 40 year warranty shingle, workmanship was very good. They were able to remove the old shingles and replace the new all in a day's work (2300 sq.ft back split, hip roof style). Ariel and his workers were quite accommodating with our requests and responded to our concerns ASAP. I would recommend any one who wants a piece of mind that their roof will be done properly and will last for years to come see Professional Roofers before signing a contract with any other roofing company.....NEW REVIEW After 8 years
They do not warrant 40 LT years on shingles or 15 years on workmanship. The shingles were blown off after the May 4 2018 wind storm. The highest wind gust was 119 km/hr recorded. Our Roof Shakes warrant a high wind warranty upgrade 177 km/hr and min. 128 km/hr. Clearly our high quality shingles should have made the grade in resisting wind damage. Our neighbours roof was done a year later under the same wind gust and no shingles were blown off (see pic),. The Roofing Company, wanted close to a grand to fix it and blame Mother Nature for not honouring their warranty obligation. So if you bought the best possible warranty it doesn't cover for wind damage, although I was clearly written on our contract to cover both heat and wind damage
