installation of carpet in basement
We went shopping to several places for carpet installation and came across several sales people who didn't know their product and were simply awful at informing us. We had to go home and do our own research and finally ended up with Ultra Carpet and Flooring. They were amazing. Manek was exceptional. Manek was professional, courteous, quick, knowledgeable, respectful, and was conscious of our budget and provided us value for the product. The carpet installation was of high quality. The did a thorough job. They were quick to respond to our schedule. Rajesh the coordinator of our installation kept us informed. And the cherry on top was the fact that Manek called us to follow up. That is rather rare, we find in all the subtrades we contracted out. I have no doubt and no hesitation in referring Manek and his team! They made our basement finishing experience a 5 star experience.
