Each year the Salvation Army depends on numerous sponsors and the public for toy and food donations for folks needing support at Christmas time. Donations must be picked up in a timely manner on scheduled days. A spirit of appreciation is required from all points of contact with the sponsors. In addition, the Salvation Army has a charity designation and is non profit and so costs must be kept at a reasonable level for this service.
