Totally unprepared and inexperienced to move furniture
They moved our furniture etc. at the end of July. The truck came on time with 3 men. We had told them we had some very heavy furniture. They had 3 blankets to protect all the furniture and no mattress covers.
The 2 guys worked very hard but had no experience. They got a box spring jammed in the stair well because they didnt know how to manoeuvre it. We had to cut it in half. They took a 3 hour break and told us the main guy had a dental appointment . We were charged for this time. Because of the lack of covering a lot of the furniture was damaged.
We talked to the head office. They would not contact their insurance company but finally settled with us.
If you use this company make sure they have enough blankets and protection for your furniture before they start and photograph any problems. Im sure some of the franchised outfit are experienced but beware
