In 1996 a retail store was opened and in 2001 a larger facility was opened in Oakville. Currently Total Tech Pools operates a store in Oakville , ON, Kingston, ON and Montreal, QC. Crew are unexperience

The crew came to close the pool and they were so unexperienced and not even able to picture out the way the cover should go. Then they called someone who was more experience supposed and yet left the winter cover not fully installed with a huge gap at the corner. Have to do it by myself to install it properly. Waste your time and money to hire this company. Negotiated with them and only got half refunded.

Installed salt water system

They fitted a salt water system as agreed. However after leaving my pool was dropping 1/4" every 15 minutes! I called the owner three times, but he never returned my calls? I figured out they had not put the system back as it was when they arrived, and water was being sent to an old cracked pipe and leaking gallons of water into my garden. They claimed it was not their fault and how could they know!

The level of service was so disappointing I switched companies. I got delay after delay and was left with sitting water in my pool for almost 3 weeks.
The competitor fixed the problem in 2 days.

Open pool

Company was hired to open pool and fix green water. Didn't complete job. Did not show up on time. Did not advise of price and said they were going to send our bill to a collection agency, eventhough they didn't do the job they were hired for.
