Extremely poor customer and tech service. I've been using them for last 3 years for pool opening and closing. There were no issues first year (except for a broken pump basket). Since last year they had problems with installing properly one of the drain plugs, resulting in constant water leak. They came back last year to fix it. This year same issue with the plug, in addition to poorly washed water bags and cover. They came back to rewash the bags and try to instal the plug properly. Plug kept on leaking. I was for a month in Europe, called them now and asked to return and fix the plug leakage. I was told by a very unpleasant rep that I could do it myself or they would have to charge me $150 service fee. I thanked them for their business and told them they are losing a customer due to their lousy service. Customer service rep said they were fine with it. Will definitely look for a different company to deal with pool opening and closing. During summer they hire high school kids who don't have much idea about the pool service business.

According to our records, our team returned within five days of your call to clean the water bags and deck again. When you called we were only trying to help by minimizing any cost to you as this was not related to your pool opening several months ago. Furthermore , while we do have a couple of high school students working in the store assisting with carry out etc. we do not have any in the field.
