Exceptional job installing the windows and front door, excellent customer service, and the Torwin team offered great recommendations for ways to give the exterior of our home a face lift. We are very happy with the finished product and the customer experience.

Great company to work with. They were a great help explaining the difference between the doors and things to think about when choosing a door right down to handles, locks and which way you want it to open. Very helpful throughout the ordering process. When the door came in we were notified right away and set an installation date. The installation was seamless the crew worked hard removing the old door and creating very little mess. The new doors were installed and everything was cleaned up perfectly. Great experience.

We had Torwin come and quote for our window and door project. A coworker had used them, and recommended them, and I obviously checked here and liked what I read.

Tony came out and did the quote - he was thoughtful and thorough. We decided to go ahead and Tom came to do the precise measuring. For almost all windows we were going to go brick-to-brick, which meant that there would be a lot of impact on the window openings. Tom was realistic about what would be involved in our 100 year old downtown semi ("it's going to be a war zone!") - which we found concerning. In reflection though, we were very happy that he managed our expectations properly. We did a lot of prep work - and had cleared around the windows and plastic-covered everything. Tom and his crew were efficient, careful, and did a great job.

Clean up was good each day, and they were very receptive to any questions or concerns. The only thing at all that I could say was not quite right, was they went to do a standard sill, when we had arranged for an extended bullnose sill - fortunately I was in the house, and I noticed. I told Tom and it was quickly rectified and all was great.

I knew that changing all the windows would improve the house, but it actually feels like a whole new house!

Very professional sales cycle. Competitive pricing. Installation interrupted by the pandemic but good information flow throughout. Now installed, the team doing the work were really first class. The result is terrific. Very happy customers.

We left ordering windows for our house very late in 2019 and were not getting much help from a number of window installation companies. Most were quoting 10-14 weeks to have a number of windows installed. This would have put us into late December/January 2020 with no delays.

Although Torwin quoted 4-6 weeks, I was cautiously optimistic that they could meet that timeline. However, to our surprise, the windows were ready in 4 weeks (as promised) and installed during the 5th week. We were super happy to have the windows installed so quickly.

We were very happy with the quality of the windows, the quickness and professionalism of the installation, and the honest customer service we received.

Our windows were installed over 15 years ago, but recently had developed leaks. The windows I had chosen were wooden claded with aluminum. There was some rot in the wood after a while which resulted in water leaking through. The TORWIN technician initially suggested to recaulk the windows and replace the rotted section and to cover any exposed areas with aluminum. The work was performed in a day. Since then it has rained on the windows but there is no signs of any water coming through.

Only wanted to replace the patio door due to an unexpected glass shatter. Called a few companies and not too many vendors wanted to drop by for one window. Tony from Torwin was one of 3 that responded to my request for a quote. Tony was on site next day explaining my only option. Tony had a very calm and pleasant personality and did not push on anything that I was not interested in. He started with the basics and his only interest was making sure I was happy with the product. The conversation later led to other main floor windows & doors that had met its life span (35 years) and now needed to be replaced. At the end of our conversation we signed a contract to change two other windows, front door and a porch enclosure. Tony also worked with the supplier to expedite the patio door install due to its condition which was installed first as promised.
Once the items were ready Nick from the scheduled team kept me informed on the install day. Due to unexpected weather (rain) the install days had to re-booked. Nick kept me informed and made sure the new day that was given worked with my schedule.
On the install days Dennis and his team was on site first thing in the morning. Dennis is best at his craft and pays attention to every detail. Dennis interacts with the customer to make sure the customer is happy with the end result.
Overall the end result……what an amazing transformation!!
I have nothing but the greatest regards to the Torwin team in bring this project together. Companies should follow this same business model of customer service. It’s rate to see this level of service in this or any industry. I highly recommend Torwin and will work with them next year to replace my 2nd floor windows.

It is always an overwhelming experience to tackle any sort of renovation in one's home. The noise, the dirt, the delays... I was already pulling my hair out at the thought. We reached out to Torwin Windows & Doors and were immediately made more comfortable by their professional team (Cassi) in the showroom and the personal touch (Ivana & Jody) provided to us. This was not just a single window install. This was a large project, (34 windows and 4 doors) but we can honestly say, it went without a hitch! The installation team (Tom & Crew) worked very fast, cleaning up every day after their work. We did not feel like we were in a state of chaos, which is what I was worried about. Jody came by to check on progress in the middle of the project and we always felt like we were in good hands. There was one particularly large window in our Family Room that we had been told would be impossible to have as a single window. Other companies had a NO CAN DO attitude - but not Torwin! They removed the existing 4 windows and created one giant space, allowing us a beautiful view into our backyard! We are HAPPY HAPPY Customers!

Everyone at Torwin were great to deal with. Jody came to our home on time for our appointment and detailed which styles of windows he recommended would be best for our house based on size and location. He also recommended we go to the warehouse to see the windows for ourselves and get a feel for the functionality so we did and learned a lot more. The installers, Tom and his crew, were efficient and finished the whole project in one day. They left the place clean. For an additional fee, Tom made our backyard bay window look great from the outside with new aluminum roofing over the window. Nick, the sales rep at the office, was responsive to our requests and was pleasant to talk with. We had an issue with a leak in one window and we called Nick, who quickly got Tom out to assess it. Tom immediately identified it as a leak in our roof (which we he was right about and we now have gotten our roof shingle replaced and now no more leaks). They didn't charge for the assessment which was nice of them since they came out of there way in the evening. I would recommend Torwin.
