Great experience! Not only did Dan & Co. do a great job sanding down the floors, but went beyond our expectations a few times. Three levels of our home were completely sanded down and refinished with a new stain/colour and polyurethane. Price quote was reasonable, and they were able to meet the schedule as promised. Dan even invited us back to see a few different shades of stain for us to choose prior to applying the stain, explaining the different options and giving us advice to help with our decision. Dan even came back, many weeks after they were finished, to add some extra pieces that had to be removed during other unrelated renovations!
