Needed five windows replaced. In March, while being COVID-19 safe, knowledgeable & helpful salesman came to house, took measurements, gave estimate. Price was very reasonable, we placed order & asked for installation in early May. Installer, also COVID-19 safe, came to double check window measurements before order was placed. One week before installation, received call to confirm date. On May 5th, two installers who were COVID-19 safe installed five windows & removed debris. They were very skilled, knowledgeable & worked efficiently. Great service, very pleased with new windows & would highly recommend to others.

The windows are great and easy to access for cleaning. The door is great too. Installation was very well done.

Brian was great giving us all the information & details we needed to make an informed decision. We had to wait 2 months for installation due to Covid 19 but we were kept updated as to the timeline. As soon as possible Brian called and we were 1st on the list.

I contracted with TBWD to replace 10 windows at a cost of $12,430.00. I paid them an advance of $3,430 and the remainder was to have been paid per their contract "UPON INSTALLATION".

With deepest regret TBWD refused to install the windows until I paid them THE FULL REMAINDER AMOUNT OWING OF $9,000.00 AND TOO ONLY BY CERTIFIED CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER. I have had several email and phone discussion with many of their staff, their Manager and even their Owner, that confirms the above and it's over 2 years and my windows have not been installed nor have they returned my money.

However, regrettably till date TBWD has not installed the windows as their demand of getting paid
