I contracted with TBWD to replace 10 windows at a cost of $12,430.00. I paid them an advance of $3,430 and the remainder was to have been paid per their contract "UPON INSTALLATION". With deepest regret TBWD refused to install the windows until I paid them THE FULL REMAINDER AMOUNT OWING OF $9,000.00 AND TOO ONLY BY CERTIFIED CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER. I have had several email and phone discussion with many of their staff, their Manager and even their Owner, that confirms the above and it's over 2 years and my windows have not been installed nor have they returned my money. However, regrettably till date TBWD has not installed the windows as their demand of getting paid

It looks like you have rescheduled the installation dates at least five different times. While we love to accommodate our customers, each time we arrived to complete the project, you did not permit our team to enter your home and proceed with the installation. We would love to have provided you service had you allowed us! Your windows remain in storage at our distribution warehouse since 2018.
Currently you have an outstanding cost with us, but once the invoice is cleared in full, we will gladly send your order for pick up or delivery.
