Worst service I've ever seen out of a professional organization. Basically they did not follow any of the Asbestos abatement removal procedures during the removal in my house. The entire house became contaminated. I had to tell them to clean the house but they only cleaned a portion of the bedroom. Entire house was left contaminated. I had to clean it myself. They refused to admit they did anything wrong and still had the nerve to ask for full payment.

They will harass you for months to secure the job, make all kinds of promises, fast talking supervisors who will never show up but will call you to help the sales pitch or to over talk you and tell you they did nothing wrong.

I would never recommend them to anyone. I have lots of pictures and more information if anyone would like to know more.

We decided to complete the finishing of our basement this year. We purchased our home new from the builder 11 years ago.
We got 5 quotes and it included large basement renovators in the GTA. Most quotes were close in pricing including Concord but Concord offered the best design concept, detailed quote, and value added features that were not offered or priced extra with the others.
Paul was the first to reach out to me and was very friendly, knowledgeable and paid attention to all our concerns and needs. Tracy did a great job with the design and 3D drawings. Gerard and Alan the supervisor and project manager were also great to work with. Alan was very knowledgeable and provided great ideas and options to the entire project. The project finishing is of top notch quality and I did not have to tell them to fix anything. I could not find any issues!
Project was planned for 4-5 weeks but everything was completed in 3 weeks including custom cabinets.
We are very happy we chose Concord and will definitely use them again for other renovation projects within the house. We will also highly recommend them to family and friends.

Arranged appointment for Eric from the Corncord Group to advise me on on installing vanity in bathroom and one full basement renovation. He grasped very quickly my vision and provided excellent advise. He prepared a proposal and quote for the bathroom renovation within the week. I decided to put both projects on hold because preferred to not have contractors in my home due to Toronto Covid numbers so high.

My wife and I had no idea we had mold in our attic. It was only when we asked a company to quote on insulation that we learned we had a problem. I found The Concord Group on-line and, when I phoned the company, the owner made me feel comfortable. Our mold problem became his priority and he assured me that his team had the knowledge and equipment to remove all the mold in our attic. The two employees arrived in the early morning. They were cheerful and got right down to the business of mold removal. By showing us before and after photos my wife and I are confident we no longer have mold in our attic. I recommend The Concord Group most highly and give them 10 stars!

Mold and mildew was 100% removed from bathtub; scrubber used to capture mold/mildew spores from the air in apt.; special vacuum used for similar purpose (?); a lot of equipment was used possibly for other functions as well!

We discovered a wet carpet in our basement storeroom which is rarely used and quite a bit of mold on the carpet and bottom of the dry walls.
One phone call to the Concord Group and it was taken care of!
Paul together with Gerard, Fady and Joe were courteous and professional all along the way.
The work was carried out in an expeditious and professional manner which exceeded our expectations!

Reason for 9 stars is because I was suppose to get a call with the start date and instead they just showed up.

My basement flooded so they located a drain outside the door, and tore out and replaced floors. Overall I found concord professional and pleasant. There weee so many people involved, however, over the course of the projects that information needed to be relayed carefully and quotes needed to be triple checked. I suppose that is the case with most contractors. This was my first experience and it certainly kept me on my toes!

They responded immediately. Kind and professional guys. Kudos to Paul with the followup phone call. Really really great team.
