My refrigerator was not cooling properly, and so I called Joe and left a message. Joe called me back promptly and asked a few questions in order to do an assessment over the phone. He suggested that his associate, Colin, will be in touch. Colin called me shortly and went through a more detailed assessment and provided a few root cause scenarios along with approximate costs and effort to fix. I appreciate the friendly, honest and helpful advice provided by both Joe and Colin over the phone. They probably saved me from paying for an unnecessary service call. I will not hesitate to contact them again for any issues with any of my appliances. Thank you Joe and Colin!
