Joe returned my call promptly and scheduled a service call for the next business day. He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem right away. He had to order a replacement part from the supplier. However, Joe did not stop there; he called around and sourced the part from another supplier, picked it up and returned to complete the repair the same day. All of that at a very reasonable cost.
