3 year old GE Artica Refrigerator suffered from on/off freezer melt-downs for a long time and previous service calls were ineffective. Came across this website and decided to give Joe a try before throwing out my fridge. It was refreshing to reach Joe on the first try, who then proceeded to keep his promise to see me the next day, called ahead and showed up on time. Joe was friendly, professional and proceeded to finish the repair in 1/2 hour since he had the required circuit board on hand. My fridge is finally working properly and I am very happy - recommended.
